Dr Henry Sabarez, Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO, Australia's national science agency has been working with us on our journey and has extensive experience in leading scientific teams in conducting large strategic and commercial research projects in food process engineering.

Together, we will learn more about the wonderful and exciting science behind Mushroom Vitamin D Powder and bring that knowledge to you.

We use the National Measurement Institute to test our product batches for Vitamin D content and quality.
